Purchased my Sierra in 2022 from Crown Buick GMC and they are the ONLY Service Department that I had ever serviced my truck. I drive 50 miles one way to have my truck serviced by them. unreturned calls trying to find status of vehicle, finally called only to find out, on the third day of having the vehicle, they accessed the vehicle on the third day. So it sat for two days. Calling and communicating with the customer is important. So customers can make plans, especially when customer is running their own business. My husband tried to communicate this to Robin, she got aggravated and pretty much told him, in so many words, to go bring your business somewhere else. More

Last time I changed the battery and the check engine light come on and they can’t turned off any way they contact the engineers at the GMC and the guy who working with crown Buick he told me I will cal light come on and they can’t turned off any way they contact the engineers at the GMC and the guy who working with crown Buick he told me I will call you to fix the check engine light but he never called me, please can you asking him what gone on with the check engine light?.
