The physical dealership itself was as a dealership should be. Clean and friendly. Tati, the online sales person was nice and helpful over the phone, prior to our arrival. Darrel, the manager was friendly and professional. After all was signed, it quickly went downhill from there. The sales lady, Patricia Alvarado was clueless of all aspects whenever we asked a question. And just wene you thought it couldn't get worse, along comes the finance manager Jose Cepeda and turns the financing part into a 2 day drawn.out process. The worst part of this entire problem is the fact that Hollywood Kia held back paying our trade-in because the finance manager forgot to get all required docs signed and collect a fee, which we would have done if asked of us. Now for the most serious part. This has been going on for 3 weeks now, causing damage to our credit due to the car not being paid on time. The sales manager consistently says he'd handle it...and nothing. Every time we call the sales lady Patricia Alvarez for an update she states she has no idea and that not her department, completely unwilling to put forth any effort to assist. Finally after almost four weeks of them not paying our trade-in car off, I left the GM a direct message and we sent him an email. We asked, again for proof that put car was paid, but was told it could take up to 48 hours to get it. While all this is happening,our credit is being reported as late and being damaged. And in the interim of all this, we got pulled over because the dealer failed to transfer the tag and registration and place a copy in the car. That resulted in a ticket which we now have to resolve in court. THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I won't ever shop for a car from that KIA Dealer even.if they gave it to me for free. More

Car was returned back to me in worse condition for recalls. Sales person tries to sell you a car after getting back vehicle knowing that your car won’t last after the “repairs”. Tom had the SORENTO ready as soon as we got there, gave us a tour of the vehicle & then we took it for a drive- it was so smooth and intelligent- good looking too! The quality, sleekness and safety features make the SORENTO a true leader in that class of vehicles. Tom was passionate about the car, the brand and even the way they complete the process. He was by our side till the very end when it was time to drive away, he ensured to the best of this ability everything was perfect. Even called/text me the next morning to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything. His business card was pretty slick too! (You have to go see him to find out ;)!) Angel in the finance department took his time explaining my options and made sure I felt good about the decision. He was patient, kind and also quick. I never felt pushed or like I was getting the run around with car buying games. ALL of the staff had high spirits and there was a refreshing camaraderie between the employees. Tom gives such great, genuine customer service. I feel that I don’t just purchase a new car but also made a connection with a wonderful human that will be there for us throughout our time with KiA- as our “product specialist “ he will be just a phone call away to answer any questions, assist with vehicle services and appointments. 0/10, Salesman bait and switched the pricing with xx protection packages I was clear on not getting. I left, manager told me to come in and I’d get the price I wanted (gave me exact number) when final protection packages I was clear on not getting. Very sleazy management and salesman, on top of all that, they also gave me the car on complete Empty tank. I would steer completely clear of this dealership. More
