I regret giving Hollywood Kia a try after having a favorable experience with 2 vehicles at Rick Case Sunrise. When signing up for the lease, my information was incorrectly captured which resulted i favorable experience with 2 vehicles at Rick Case Sunrise. When signing up for the lease, my information was incorrectly captured which resulted in my address being wrong and also my email being invalid. This resulted in a major issue with Kia Finance not being able to get hold of me because of the incorrect info in the system. Then, at the last service, I handed in the car with at least 1/3 of a tank of gas. The vehicle was returned to me on the end of the reserve (16 ml range) and luckily I was able to get to a gas station. But the thing that really grates me is that I called and left at least 3 messages for the service manager to call me back. Still waiting. I wanted to know about the gas and why 7 miles had been added to the vehicle? Seems a bit much for a test drive! Between the sloppiness and managers that could not care less, I am counting the days for this lease to be over. More

Hollywood Kia made the process of purchasing a vehicle lengthy, unclear and made many mistakes along the way, that still haven’t been corrected. Fees were high and they purposely tried to hide and wouldn’ lengthy, unclear and made many mistakes along the way, that still haven’t been corrected. Fees were high and they purposely tried to hide and wouldn’t let me see the fees breakdown, only the final price. Very disappointed with the experience we definitely will never go back. Although the car itself we are happy with. I do plan to share honest feedback where ever possible, also see they have 20 unresolved complaints on the BBB. More

The physical dealership itself was as a dealership should be. Clean and friendly. Tati, the online sales person was nice and helpful over the phone, prior to our arrival. Once there, we negotiated a car and be. Clean and friendly. Tati, the online sales person was nice and helpful over the phone, prior to our arrival. Once there, we negotiated a car and terms. Darrel, the manager was friendly and professional. After all was signed, it quickly went downhill from there. The sales lady, Patricia Alvarado was clueless of all aspects whenever we asked a question. And just wene you thought it couldn't get worse, along comes the finance manager Jose Cepeda and turns the financing part into a 2 day drawn.out process. The worst part of this entire problem is the fact that Hollywood Kia held back paying our trade-in because the finance manager forgot to get all required docs signed and collect a fee, which we would have done if asked of us. Now for the most serious part. This has been going on for 3 weeks now, causing damage to our credit due to the car not being paid on time. The sales manager consistently says he'd handle it...and nothing. Every time we call the sales lady Patricia Alvarez for an update she states she has no idea and that not her department, completely unwilling to put forth any effort to assist. Finally after almost four weeks of them not paying our trade-in car off, I left the GM a direct message and we sent him an email. We asked, again for proof that put car was paid, but was told it could take up to 48 hours to get it. While all this is happening,our credit is being reported as late and being damaged. And in the interim of all this, we got pulled over because the dealer failed to transfer the tag and registration and place a copy in the car. That resulted in a ticket which we now have to resolve in court. THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I won't ever shop for a car from that KIA Dealer even.if they gave it to me for free. More
