I went in with my certified tacoma just bought three months ago & my Check engine light on & bucking in my transmission. I have to admit that I was a little annoyed. The manager, I spoke to ,took me rig months ago & my Check engine light on & bucking in my transmission. I have to admit that I was a little annoyed. The manager, I spoke to ,took me right into service and Judy Deems a Service advisor. She listened to what I said and that it could possibly be a problem from mice. I didn’t want to hear that because of course that wouldn’t be covered under my extended warranty. The mechanic did a very great job of repairing everything and the truck drives excellent. . It turns out that it was a mouse problem, and there was a nest in my engine. They chew through my harness and seals. It was costly , but I have to admit that Judy Deems was right about the mice and that it only shows that you have excellent people working at the service desk and top notch mechanics working there to take care of the any problems that come up.
