Everyone that we have dealt with from the beginning to the end was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and fast. Joe Degroodt is our go to guy. Fantastic experience with Joe DeGroodt at DCH. I went in thinking I wanted a used car but ended up test driving a few and then realized that, for not that much more than I would be paying for a us I went in thinking I wanted a used car but ended up test driving a few and then realized that, for not that much more than I would be paying for a used corolla, I could get a new one. But Joe never made me feel he had an agenda about what my decision should be, not at all. I felt in our three meetings that he genuinely wanted me to end up with the car that was best for my needs. Joe was an extremely knowledgeable salesman, which I needed because it was my first brand new car ever, my first hybrid car and my first AWD car...so there was a lot to explain! I ended up with exactly what I wanted, after sorting through options with Joe. Also a good experience with other staff, good communication along the way as I waited for my car to arrive at the dealership. Five stars. More

They are amazing sales people! They made the process easy and by the time I got to the store and handed the check over the car was ready.
