This is by far the best dealership I’ve had the pleasure to work with. They are accommodating knowledgeable and friendly. They treat you better than family they give you peace of mind. They did a good job of analyzing all the different things that needed to be done to my vehicle at its 15,000 mile checkup. The service personnel were very professional. The vehicle service was prompt. Service options and costs were explained well. Unfortunately no one in the service department explained that a 3 p The vehicle service was prompt. Service options and costs were explained well. Unfortunately no one in the service department explained that a 3 percent fee would be added to my credit card so I was not informed to bring my check book. This caused me to pay an additional charge of $35 which I could have avoided had I been properly informed. My previous GMC dealership would only accept credit card payments and would not take check payment thus I was blindsided by this payment policy. Customers should be properly informed before having service performed. More
