Chris Bowman is the most respectable salesman there is!!! So I found a car I want but I'm in Phoenix and it's in Tucson. It's a European luxury brand at fair price but I can't visually inspect it before my purchase. Needless to say I'm worried about paying anything without a test drive and inspection. Chris gave me the play by play after driving it himself, he gave me all the info related to maintenance, he disclosed a possible repair needed and took it to a specialist outside of their dealership to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. Showed up to sign and drive away and the car was better than I hoped, the minor concern isn't even noticeable to me (I wouldn't have discussed if I were him), and he got me the payment I was wanting. Enjoyed my drive back to Phoenix in style and comfort with a bouquet of roses he got for my wife who want able to pick up the car with me. Car salesmen don't have great reputations but Chris is the opposite of any stereotype and it was a blessing to have him on my side through it all. More

ES 350 Purchase It has been a great pleasure purchasing our 2017 ES350 from Royal Lexus at the Auto Mall. We stopped by the dealership to look at used Lexus. Kris Bowman came out and asked us if he could help. We told him we were just looking and he asked a few questions which were not pushy kind of questions. He really made us feel comfortable. Just by asking us those simple questions, he said if you would like I have a car that just came in and it sounds what you may be looking for and if it would be ok to show it to us. We said sure, When he went to get the car my wife and I were kinda reluctant. When he came around the corner with the car we both said wow this may be it. The exterior/interior color, low mileage and the price range was what we were looking for. Kris Bowman asked the right questions and most importantly listened. He explained all the features without be pushy. Thank you Kris you sold us the car and we are very pleased with it. Rick Morreale made the finance part super easy and quick. We were encouraged to explore our other options, look around, and we took a few days. After comparing prices to Phoenix area dealers, price was on par, but not anything to get excited about. Kris, our salesman, was extremely nice and informative. Kris went the extra mile and worked (called & text) with us on his day off and after hours. We highly recommend Kris and will look to him again for our next car. Rick, our finance guy, was also personable. He made the "intimidating" part of the process a breeze. Previous experiences made the finance portion last a few hours; Rick made it 30 minutes! Overall, best dealership experience that we have ever encountered! More
