Had oil change and state inspection done. They were prompt and efficient. Went home, put my car in garage. Next day, backed car out of garage and had pool of oil on floor. Took car back ear They were prompt and efficient. Went home, put my car in garage. Next day, backed car out of garage and had pool of oil on floor. Took car back early in morning. Krystal got me in right away. Found problem. Krystal was amazing. She apologized for the issue which she had nothing to do with. Tech didn’t tighten oil pan plug and it leaked. More
