Matt Rizzo truly took the time and attention to ensure the needs of our family were met both in 2017 and 2024. He was patient, attentive, and made our car buying experience positive and stress free. He was available for all of our questions throughout the process and never made us seem like we were a bother. What I liked most is that he treated us with respect as buyers. He worked with us in 2017 when our credit score wasn’t the best. He did not embarrass us or turn us away and was actually able to get us in our desired family vehicle, the Honda Pilot! It was no surprise that in 2024 he again greeted us with kindness and attention when we we gladly returned to him to purchase the Honda Odyssey as our family had grown. And although our credit had greatly improved, he along with Kris Hutton still treated us with respect and worked to get us the best rate possible for our financing and to adequately value our trade in vehicle. Matt Rizzo and Adam Quested, did not rush our family to reach a decision and personally showed us different vehicles to ensure our family made a well informed decision when purchasing our vehicle. The service at Zimmerman Honda has been phenomenal over the years with attention to the care of maintaining our vehicles and, above all, servicing the needs of our family in a timely and professional manner. We feel pleased to be a part of the Zimmerman Honda family! More

I first reached out to Zimmerman Honda online which is rare for me as the online systems are normally a pain. This was easy and we received a quick response from Mike Jarrin. From the first correspondence to driving home in our new vehicle was absolutely textbook Phenomenal service!! I have family that retired from car sales at a different dealership so I know what it feels like to be treated like family and the quality of service with that. I have not had that feeling of genuine care and desire to help a customer for years, until now. I can not stress how much that means to me, and my family, to have that level of confidence back in a dealership and salesman! Thank you Mike Jarrin and the rest of the Zimmerman crew! UPDATE: Here we are, a few years later, and wanted to upgrade one of our vehicles. We're now an all Honda family with our vehicles and it is because of Mike and the staff at Zimmerman Honda! The process was as painless and stress free as it could possibly be. Mike was as kind, attentive, helpful, and professional as before! We had our seven year old daughter with and he was as engaging and attentive with her as he was with us (maybe even more so!) Mike was everything you hope for in a salesman. More
