They sold me the biggest xxx of a car. I have sunk SO much money into it the year I've had it. Now I have to get a new compressor which will be another 800-1,000. After a little tan with the sales team the sales manager came in... I grew up next door to this guy, our parents are still neighbors. I had no clue... Andrew was as shocked as I was to see one another...he went out of his way to make me the best deal and get me into an almost new car with little mileage. He talked my dad into cosigning and posted to run the paperwork out to him on father's day when he was going to be NetSuite to get me an even better deal and keep my father from an hour drive. I love my car, the staff was friendly, and it was good to see an old friend that I hadn't seen in 20some years. More

I ordinarily detest going to a car dealership because I feel like a fox in a pen full of hounds. That was not the case here. Matt Hoaglund was my sales rep. He has mastered the art of being professional, while also being laid back and amiable. He was not pushy, he was accommodating. He practiced active listening, he knew the answers to my questions, and he was very non judgemental. All of the staff at Grote are very professional, yet comfortable. I did not feel like I was surrounded by stuffed shirts. Matt paid attention to me, got a feel for me and helped me pick the perfect car. I greatly appreciate his and everyone else's help in making my car buying quest a very positive experience! More
