I was offered 5000 less for my trade in than what Kelly blue book suggested. Whoever determines pricing never even came out to meet me and talk to me. Never met the manager. Emailed them my kbb offer and never got an email response. This was with Vasil Popovich after emailing Kris Caron back and forth. They were selling the car for MSRP which I understood. But the trade in offer was insane and very rude for the manager to not even come out and meet me. More

After running my Outback for 12 year I always put off a new car until the last possible moment, partially because dealing with the sellers is a pain. After running my Outback for 12 years, it was getting to be time, and this was very different experience. Contact was made through the Costco Auto program, and Shy Christakos got in touch. I worked with her initially, then transferred over to Kris Carin to locate the actual car I wanted. Since I only do manual transmissions, and am very particular about details. The two of them got me just what I wanted and at an excellent price. They handled all the Ma. legwork, and when I had trouble securing a ride up to Milford, delivered the car to my driveway!
