After running my Outback for 12 years, it was getting to be time, and this was very different experience. Contact was made through the Costco Auto program, and Shy Christakos got in touch. I worked with her initially, then transferred over to Kris Carin to locate the actual car I wanted. Since I only do manual transmissions, and am very particular about details. The two of them got me just what I wanted and at an excellent price. They handled all the Ma. legwork, and when I had trouble securing a ride up to Milford, delivered the car to my driveway! Couldn't be more positive about working with Shy & Chris. More
