First of all, I was lied to twice. I was told that the service department had the part's in stock to repair my truck. After 5 days of my truck not moving, via my Ram app. I stopped by I was told that the service department had the part's in stock to repair my truck. After 5 days of my truck not moving, via my Ram app. I stopped by the dealership and asked what was going on. The service mgr said that they were 2 weeks behind on service. The next day someone in the service dept, disconnected my battery from my truck, so I couldn't track it via my app. After 10 days in the shop, I asked for a general manager, to call me. Craig Shultz, never called. I paid $93k for this Tungsten truck, and I strongly don't recommend taking any vehicles there for service. More

Great service and patience and I really appreciate that! The service team there is a Great asset to your business. Most people aren't in good moods when they have to visit a auto service department, but But The service team there is a Great asset to your business. They had my jeep for 24 days on a recall issue I had to text weekly to get an update and requested a call from the service manager and never received one. Making a customer pay $7 a day on top of a vehicle text weekly to get an update and requested a call from the service manager and never received one. Making a customer pay $7 a day on top of a vehicle payment is ridiculous. My vehicle is going back in after my check engine light came on after they had it for that time period. Hopefully the issue is a quick fix. More
