After all, the Honda brand sells itself - I'm just here to take care of you! I enjoy spending my free time with my two children as well as playing golf and cricket.

Daniel Head was simply amazing. Not only did he explain all the features of what we were looking for, but he also listened to what we were saying. He has responded to every question and detail quickly and concisely. Germain Honda of Dublin is extremely lucky to have such a person on their staff. His customer service skills are amazing and Germain needs to hold him up as an example for the staff of all of their dealerships. I have dealt with this dealership in the past for new car purchases and for the service of both of my cars and have always been more than satisfied. My wife and I were very happy with the negotiation for our trade and purchase. Daniel worked hard to bring us the best deal possible and was able to meet our expectations and price point. We will definitely tell everyone we know of the professionalism of Germain. The financial team was good although a bit confusing at times because they were running the numbers and talking quickly. Steven Johnson was very professional and extremely helpful. I never felt pressured during the whole experience.
