Second call … No $495.00 Protection Package but now $495.00 for Rubber Floor Mats! Each one I declined on since NOT factory installed but dealership! I was negotiating as to NOT wanting either one both times but they were RUDE, INSISTING ONLY way they would sell me a car!!! The people there are very friendly very knowledgeable and always get me in and out in a reasonable time My only complaint is I went in to get an oil change and ask them to check everything make sure everyth always get me in and out in a reasonable time My only complaint is I went in to get an oil change and ask them to check everything make sure everything is good because I was going on a road trip Few days later my radiator or radiator hose is leaking fluid. I called to get something set up the next day to have it fixed they told me that they were booked until a couple weeks and I let the lady know that I was not able to come back in a couple weeks because I will be out of town with my car. She transferred me to someone else who did not answer so I left a message and never got a call back I really hope I don't have any mechanical problems on my trip Other than that I'm happy with everything. More
