Everyone was very nice! Very accommodating. It wasn’t explained to me before hand when I requested a loaner car I couldn’t put my dog in it. I had to drive a long way just t Very accommodating. Kipperlie I hope i spelled that correctly was awesome. I’ve worked with service advisors in the past most recently Patrick Dyer who i really liked but Kipperlie and i am hoping in the future i can request I’ve worked with service advisors in the past most recently Patrick Dyer who i really liked but Kipperlie and i am hoping in the future i can request her. I actually got her 2 days in a row and she greeted us both days with a big smile which made Celeste and i feel welcome. She kept us posted on the status of our vehicles which was great.. I have been going to the same service center at this dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show up after 5 to 10 minutes to begin what is described as an "express service" oil change (which also exceeded an hour), I can only warrant an average rating at best.
