The service department at this dealership seems to lack the staff and loaner vehicles necessary to handle its workload. Unfortunately, I had to bring my 2024 GMC Sierra for service because multiple warning lights appeared on the dashboard. This is the second truck I have purchased from this dealership, and I have never requested a loaner vehicle. However, the same warning lights reappeared just days after I picked up my vehicle. When I notified the dealership and requested a loaner, the service advisor said it shouldn't be a problem. However, when I was transferred to the person in charge of the loaner car program, I was informed that we were three weeks away from a loaner vehicle. Feeling uneasy about driving the truck with my child, I took it in for service again due to the same issue. Once again, we have faced inconvenience. I was told that this dealership's service department has only three loaner vehicles available, which is difficult to believe. I wish I had researched more before purchasing my third vehicle three months ago. More
