We keep comin We have been coming to Jim Butler to have our vehicles taken care of for several years and we are very satisfied with the service there. We keep coming back not just for the service but because Kim is so friendly, courteous and makes us feel welcome. She checks in with us to be sure we are comfortable while waiting, lets us know the status for our repair, etc.. and very clearly explains any repairs or issues that arise. Kim is an outstanding employee !!!!! More

Multiple trips for same issue Turns out they didnt notice in the four or five previous fixes that a clip was missing to hold carpet in place.
