Your check in time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hour for routine maintenance. Because we respect your time, we have multiple drop off options, a comfortable waiting area, an office space and complimentary shuttle services. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to being of service to you in the future.

You charge to much and it should have been covered under the extended warranty and it took why to long to repair and you did the repair with out asking me if I wanted it done. You charged me 155.00 dollars More
