I had an urgent issue occur, I was able to get my vehicle in quickly. I was treated with kindness and curiosity. I was sent a video detailing the issues with my vehicle, which I appreciated. When I got my vehicle back there is something dripped across the drives side door jam. And I was told my filters need replaced. Would cost around $260. So I replaced the filters myself. When I went to change cabin air filter the screws that are suppose to be there are missing. I did the pick up / drop off option since the date I scheduled the appointment online the service was closed. I would not have know had I not reached out about a recall on the vehicle as well. I told them where I worked and they failed to put that in the notes for pick up drop off. I work for a health care facility that can't have phones on them. So this made communication hard for the pick up/drop off. And had they listened it would have gone smoothly. When I finally got a break to look at my phone. I had a message they would be returning the car to dealership if I didn't respond. Not great service. More
