I was a cash buyer and still spent 6+ hours at this dealership. During that time, We saw a lot of employees standing around laughing and talking with each other while customers waited in the lobby. Every time we asked a question it took an exceptionally long amount of time for someone to return with an answer. I was a repeat buyer at the Roseville Toyota dealership..I’ll never buy another car at that dealership! More

They told me online I had the car I picked out and everything I brought my down payment went to go sign the papers test drove the car everything and at the last second they said they couldn't give me everything I brought my down payment went to go sign the papers test drove the car everything and at the last second they said they couldn't give me the card they said I couldn't have the car because my credit or whatever but they ran the credit online before I even went down there so how can you tell me I'm going to have it when you promise me and I ubered my way there and I had to Uber back cuz I was stuck out there they're very mean and very rude because they shouldn't tell people that they have a car if they don't I already did the application everything online so I should have been approved right there all I needed was the paperwork to sign More

I purchased a used car. Went in on a Friday and test drove a car. Went back on Saturday and re-test drove then decided to buy. They didn't like that I didn't want to pay for all the add-ons they put on the car and then the car was sold while I was negotiating somehow after a couple of hours. I hate that I didn't walk away. Was talked into a different car that was not nearly as good. Very bait and switch feeling. More
