Very pleased with Kevin Towle & the team at Mike Murphy Ford. Conducted most of the negotiations via phone and text and the process went flawlessly. We planned for 30 minutes there, 30 minutes back and 2 hours at the dealership - we were out of the dealership in 45 minutes.
