Since the Fall of 2012, I've had my 2013 Juke serviced only by this Orland Park location. I have dealt with many service advisors. They all brought various levels of expertise to the job. However, none we only by this Orland Park location. I have dealt with many service advisors. They all brought various levels of expertise to the job. However, none were as great as Kevin Rodriguez. He was my service advisor for the last two visits. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He gets my vehicle in and out in the promised time. Kevin takes the time to answer all of my questions in a friendly and informative manner. Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park should be proud of this employee. Kevin is a credit to the organization. More

Kevin is AMAZING, he is so informative, helpful and always making me feel like a great customer. He arranges for transportation if I do not have it, he gets my vehicle repaired and safety is his #1 pri always making me feel like a great customer.
