This dealer is very shady, they changed the price of the vehical online from when we started talking to the price quote they gave me. When they gave me a price quote they snuck in another $500 compared to w vehical online from when we started talking to the price quote they gave me. When they gave me a price quote they snuck in another $500 compared to what we talked about on the phone and when I questioned this, they said they just sold this vehical for more money. All this time I made mention numeriouse times to give them my CC to hold the car. To book ALL used vehicals are discounted in thier price by $3000 and then they add it back in when they give you a price. Buyer be ware! More

By far the worst experience I've had buying a car. They pressure you to buy the car, once you agree to a price the finance department adds items to the contract and they just push papers for you to s They pressure you to buy the car, once you agree to a price the finance department adds items to the contract and they just push papers for you to sign. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting for my registration to get a sticker, I'm constantly chancing these people around. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE A CAR FROM EMPIRE FORD!!!! More

Christian did his job with sales demonstration well enough, until it got to the imbecile Sales Manager Kevin Pereira in the finance dept. It seems it's not the A team working on a Saturday and if it is then all the bad reviews this place are well earned, Pereira fumbled the bag so badly, seems simple spelling & reading is beyond the incompetent clown. Avoid this place like the plague, the manager(s) have no idea what they're doing or they do if their intent is to rip you off. This place just reinforces the stereotype of the used car salesman but adds incompetence to the mix, just save yourself time and aggravation and go elsewhere. Pereira is listed in the sales department, not the finance department & it shows, the clown should be nowhere near any finance inquiries. More
