I appreciate the service I received during my time at the dealership. My sales person Gary ensured that my toddler and I were taken care of while we were there. The sales process was fluid and I appreciated Gary making sure that we did a good test drive, that I understood most things about the care and following up after as well. The sales manager was also nice as well as the gentleman that helped me with the financing. I felt good with my purchase! No buyer's remorse! :) More

Charles (Chuck) was very down-to-earth and knowledgeable about the car-buying process. Before arriving, he sent over all of the Grand Cherokees that were the generation I was looking for (WK2) and opened a about the car-buying process. I got a great deal on a CPO vehicle, although the process had several hiccups and issues along the way. The first salesman that reached out to me stopped responding, and several days later i found out they l had several hiccups and issues along the way. The first salesman that reached out to me stopped responding, and several days later i found out they left the company. The manager reached out to me, and a few days after that another salesman Samuel reached out, and Samuel was fantastic in getting me all the info I needed about the vehicle, sending videos, helping to get me some of the missing equipment, and all around taking great care of me. Once my deal moved forward and got to finance though, we hit another big speedbump. I worked with Kevin, who seemed to have a lot of difficulty getting back to me, or even remembering things we had discussed. He'd constantly get me the wrong term length numbers, offered me extremely high rates, and only when i kept pushing back finally found a significantly better rate like those I was seeing locally. Despite asking several times, he never sent me any breakdown of the pricing so i could review it before sending final documents to me. Then when it came time to send me the paperwork, he assured me they would be sent overnight. A week later I hadn't heard anything back and found out he hadn't even printed them yet. Then it was several more days before the paperwork got back to me. I returned the paperwork via ups the same day, and it was received the following morning, however despite my frequent calls and messages, i didn't hear any real info back for another week despite checking in with my salesman every day. I was told Kevin also left the company in that time, and my deal just continued to sit. While my deal sat, i saw the price on the website for my vehicle continue to be lowered. When i asked about it, a manager called me back to say they would send me a check in the mail for the difference and my troubles. Despite asking about this a couple of times, i still haven't received this check in the mail. Once I did receive the vehicle after coordinating my own shipping service, the vehicle arrived in fantastic shape, had been mostly cleaned and well serviced. Although i'm still waiting for additional paperwork and hopefully someday the extra check i was promised, I got a great deal on a great vehicle, despite a lot of speedbumps along the way. All in all the process took about 35 days from first contact to when my vehicle got delivered to me, and about 25+ of those days were waiting for the dealership to figure things out due to internal issues.
