I bought my Jeep from this establishment, the salesperson, Jason, was very nice, not pushy, very professional and went out of his way to help. Horrible service and worst attitude you would get from that place. They never keep their words. My car has been broken for over than 8 months and every time I bring it to them, they make it worse. When I purchased my jeep wrangler from Salesman Glenn Hedges he told me that the service department will give you Exceptional service I really thought he was just saying that because he works there. But Glenn was not kidding Kevin Mullan has helped me a few times and I never had to call the shop to find out about the jeep .He was right on it, making sure that any issue with the vehicle was explained to me , Thats how a service dept is supposed to be. And jeff Henry has also when the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied with the service i received .
