Kevin my service agent was great, He Took my car immediately and was able to do the oil change and inspection in a timely fashion. On my last visit I did an oil change, 75K service, A/C recharge, changed tires and addressed suspension noises thru Max Care contract and also pointed out that my phone still disconnects from CarPlay even recharge, changed tires and addressed suspension noises thru Max Care contract and also pointed out that my phone still disconnects from CarPlay even though my radio was replaced in the past at Rockland CJDR. Had to bring my vehicle back two times to re-balance the tires, steering wheel was off-center My steering wheel is still shaking on the curves, steering column is making squeaky noises. Suspension makes noises worse than before. A/C is making hissing noises which it did not before. My phone still disconnects from CarPlay. Feel that I brought you a vehicle with 76K miles and got it back with 150K miles. More

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Horrible service, no return phone calls. And this is the second time there was more wrong with the car than when I dropped it off. It took 6 days of Horrible service, no return phone calls. And this is the second time there was more wrong with the car than when I dropped it off. It took 6 days of "diagnosing" to find out it was a bad spark plug. Which is what I was already told by the guy at AutoZone for free. But this was going to cost me $1,600 not including the $600 to fix something that wasn't broken when I gave it to them. More
