Kevin Leahy was kind and helpful and explained why my car was having the issues that it was. I am thoroughly frustrated that the "death wobble" as it is often referred to is not covered by Jeep since it is c was having the issues that it was. I am thoroughly frustrated that the "death wobble" as it is often referred to is not covered by Jeep since it is caused by a manufacturing problem and not by anything that I did or didn't do. It cost me $3322.01 which is outrageous for a problem that I did not cause. I understand that this is not Kevin's fault however and he listened and sympathized with my frustration. I have owned 5 Jeep Wranglers and because of this problem I will not own another one once I sell this one. It is disappointing because other than this issue I love Jeeps but if the company is not going to do right by it's customers I can no longer support them. Unfortunately I would not recommend this dealership. I was sold a car and it has issues that weren't disclosed in the sale. It hasn't even been a month and they are telling me It's not their fault and I was sold a car and it has issues that weren't disclosed in the sale. Overall the service was fine. My issue was that the fix was the "death Wobble" which was fixed several years ago when the recall came out and this time it happened again and serv My issue was that the fix was the "death Wobble" which was fixed several years ago when the recall came out and this time it happened again and service told me they have no record of the fix at that time. So, my issue is that I had to fork over a lot of money to get the same issue fixed again when I feel it should have been a free fix again since it seems that the original fix did not hold up. More
