Told them I had vip but then when my oil cut got done I had to pay cause I was from out of state the guy should of told me it didn’t county in Kansas then my oil was low had to add a qt of oil whisk sucked More

We apologize that the maintenance contract you purchased from your selling dealership was only good at the selling dealership. We were also unaware until you called them and they informed you that was the case. Without any documentation we would have no way of knowing that, but your VIP contract wasn't brought up until service was completed and your invoice was with the cashier. We would have happily taken payment from them if they would have offered that. I apologize for the inconvenience Lucas Kay Service Manager.
