This is the worse car dealership on Long Island. Brand new XT5 in service for 3 months with a blown transmission. Zero updates from the dealership and zero help from Matt Ryan and the General Manage Brand new XT5 in service for 3 months with a blown transmission. Zero updates from the dealership and zero help from Matt Ryan and the General Manager. After 3 months and 2 loaners later they return my car with a “fixed” transmission to only stall out me on the middle of the parkway the first time I take it out.
