Bought 2025 Honda civic for my daughter. Two days later a safety recall was announced. So I called back the next day and got someone else. They told me they were waiting on the part to call back in a week. I called back in a week. The next rep told me I needed to come in so they could order the part. I went in. They told me they order the part.check back in a week. I got an answer that the parts were not available. Check back in a week. I got a different answer that the parts were not available. I’ve made two trips at the dealership of an hour drive. And 14 phone calls and have absolutely no answer to what is going on. The sales department is great. But the service department has no clue what they are doing. More
