No one wants to unexpectedly need 4 new tires, brakes etc. (especially so close to Christmas). Kevin and the entire staff made the ordeal so much less painful by offering the benefit of their expert kno etc. (especially so close to Christmas). The options and their recommendations they presented were perfect and they never once “ fast talked” Or spoke over my head. Kevin was honest, professional and even empathetic! I came in for the first time for a B1 service. About an hour after they took my car, I got a text telling me that I need $2,000 worth of work. I declined the recommendation. I checked with another Honda dealer and they told me that I didn't need the work that was recommended. More

Kevin did an excellent job helping us diagnose the problem where we smelt gasoline while driving. We were out of town and were worrying if we could drive home safely. We drove-in to Honda on Grand and problem where we smelt gasoline while driving. We were out of town and were worrying if we could drive home safely. We drove-in to Honda on Grand and Kevn graciously took us in without an appointment. It turned out that there's no safety concerns. That gave us a huge sense of relief! Going above and beyond, Kevin also offered to install a recall part that is still not available in our hometown! We are so glad that we chose to go to Honda on Grand for an intended emergency fix and ended up with getting the parts that we have been waiting for months! This is, by far, the best experience we have with a Honda dealership service department! Thank You! More

I am a senior citizen and I was charged $131 for an oil change. After service, my low tire pressure light was on which was not on before service. I was told the light would turn off after driving for a bit change. After service, my low tire pressure light was on which was not on before service. I was told the light would turn off after driving for a bit, which it did not. The light is still on today. More
