I arrived at the service desk at 5:00PM, one hour before closing with a window stuck in down position in sub-zero temperatures and 1 1/2 hours from home. They could have cleaned up on my emergency, but got closing with a window stuck in down position in sub-zero temperatures and 1 1/2 hours from home. They could have cleaned up on my emergency, but got window back in service and I was on the road by 6:00 PM in reasonable time and at a reasonable cost. Thank you!!! More

My car had made a noise after regular maintenance at the dealership. My next visit, I made note of this and that the alignment may have been off. That was evident in the service inspection. Car is still mak dealership. My next visit, I made note of this and that the alignment may have been off. That was evident in the service inspection. Car is still making noises due to previous alignment issue. The car had never had alignment check before. This should have been recognized and serviced. Unfortunately it is still affecting my car’s performance. More
