Went in for an oil change didn’t get a car replacement but was taken home by a kid that works there who drives so recklessly was told the oil change would take 1 hour ended up taking a lot longer. Took it in for the appointment at 11 am but didn’t get my car back until 3:30. My whole day was wasted stuck at home couldn’t even get some errands done. And on top of that they didn’t screw on the undercarriage metal cover on right so it kept scraping when I went in and out of my garage and also on speed bumps no matter how careful I was. Went in a few days later when I had time to get it checked and they wanted to charge me $350 for a new metal cover because the screw for the old one falls off… I asked if they had a new screw they said that the screw come with the new metal plate. Thanks so much! More
