Diego, the sales person, and the man in finance were great!! However, I will not go back to this dealership. The truck had over 4,000 miles more on it than listed on their website, Edmunds, and others. great!! However, I will not go back to this dealership. The truck had over 4,000 miles more on it than listed on their website, Edmunds, and others. The Sales Manager would not come down any. I tried several ways to negotiate with each receiving a "NO". I have never been treated this way!!! More

Terrible experience- drove from MS to make the deal and told several things that they did not mention before. Should have stayed in my own state. Who leave after purchasing a $50,000 vehicle with no pap told several things that they did not mention before. Should have stayed in my own state. Who leave after purchasing a $50,000 vehicle with no paperwork- just a thumb drive and less than half a tank of gas? I regret ever going there More

Once we go to make a deal they said those are 3rd party sites and they don't honor those prices and now the vehicle is more so the price on the paper is what it is now. They said take it or leave it so I left it, bought a better jeep at a lower rate in Greer, South Carolina. No garbage games with the finance manager like at Hayes. The general sales manager is Stephen Weatherly, he must be family or something because he has no skill to hold that position. He has two other incompetent people under him named John Quante and David Van Wyen, if you hear any of these names, please walk away. Also quick tip, don't buy your Mopar extended warranty from here either. It's overpriced and you can shop your warranty at other dealers. There's a few that are known for giving the best deals possible and it can all be handled over the phone. You'll save thousands compared to what Hayes tries to push. More

Mix-ups and poor service finally fixed. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership that are great trucks but aspects of customer service and attention to detail leaves something to be I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership that are great trucks but aspects of customer service and attention to detail leaves something to be desired. The most recent was the purchase of a 2017 Ram 1500. After waiting a number of weeks for paperwork to be completed for registration & tag and some inquires to the State of Georgia I was informed that no emissions had been done on the truck so I would not be able to get the tag. To complicate matters for reasons of work my son has the truck in North Carolina. You can't do a Georgia emissions in NC. This was a complete failure on the part of the dealership as it was their responsibility to do the emissions test before selling them truck to us. I was even told if my son were to return to GA they could do the testing at the dealership. Why didn't they do it beforehand? All of this required us to obtain a waiver from Clean Air Force GA which took a trip to their offices and 2 days of tracking down correct paperwork from dealer and my son's employer. Just xxxx! That's not the only incident. On a oil change they put regular oil instead of synthetic oil, which I had paid for, so they had to drain the oil and replace with the correct oil. On a subsequent service visit a tire rotation was done but the mechanics failed to check the tire pressure. On the model Ram 2500 I drive front tire pressure is 60 psi and on the rear it is 80 psi so after rotation on the way home warnings go off on dash that tire pressure is incorrect. easy fix but aggravating. I would like to thank Randy Murphy in finance for helping me solve the paperwork problems and helping me get the emissions waiver from State agency. More
