I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! Chris Proctor and his team (bill especially) were so so extremely helpful in my latest buying process. Even with it being hard to find the exact car Chris Proctor and his team (bill especially) were so so extremely helpful in my latest buying process. Even with it being hard to find the exact car you want with the shortage they managed to get me into my dream car! This is my second car from them and it won’t be the last. Thank you guys again!! Oil change still running fine with over 174K Nicole Goodman Swear by VW after being hit by a Semi in 1995 and still survived. Went in for routine oil change and left after meeting with Keri Kazalis and purchasi Swear by VW after being hit by a Semi in 1995 and still survived. Went in for routine oil change and left after meeting with Keri Kazalis and purchasing another VW . This time a Passat for my self and then passing along my Jetta to my sister to use even with it's over 174K miles still runs fine thanks to the service . More

Keri was the best !!! I was originally looking for a used Jetta for/with my daughter. Keri was extremely helpful answering the many questions I had throughout the process, I was originally looking for a used Jetta for/with my daughter. Keri was extremely helpful answering the many questions I had throughout the process, she was always very quick to respond to emails and each time we spoke she was patient, professional and kind. After learning of the current Volkswagen incentives and receiving a very fair trade offer on my daughter's jeep we decided on the all new 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. Keri went above and beyond to ensure we took delivery of the vehicle that same day (we drove over an hour and my daughter was very excited to take the Jetta home) I highly recommend Keri at Lia Volkswagen.
