Full spectrum service for safety Awesome service. Keon, my service manager, and the service technicians are always on point and keeps an eye out for my safety. They found a bulg Awesome service. Keon, my service manager, and the service technicians are always on point and keeps an eye out for my safety. They found a bulge on my tire when I came in for a different problem. In addition, they let me know that my treads are super low. I wouldn't have caught it myself and also not realize that I needed to replace my tires. They even went out of their way to take a photo of the bulging tire and sent it to me for my own record per my request. More

Cody went above and beyond by repairing small items that were not included the service list, and made sure that my battery will last for about 2 extra years! I will absolutely come back! Run-flat tire had a nail and needed immediate attention. It was an unexpected emergency that my 2017 X3 needed to be in the shop for service— a nail in my tire. I was received immediately by BMW of Catonsville Service Dept. to have the tire serviced.
