Great Service I Iive in MD but bought my car in VA. I was looking for a BMW dealer to bring my car in for service. By chance I was in the area of BMW of Catonsville I Iive in MD but bought my car in VA. I was looking for a BMW dealer to bring my car in for service. By chance I was in the area of BMW of Catonsville. I stopped in to ask questions, Keon came to my aid. He was polite, knowledgeable and he had my windshield water filled for me. I decide to bring my car there for service and still do. I have not been disappointed yet. AngelaM More

Service Keon is always available to answer all of my questions. Brought my car in for servicing and come to find out I needed some work done. He explained to Keon is always available to answer all of my questions. Brought my car in for servicing and come to find out I needed some work done. He explained to me everything that was needed and if it was covered or not. I really appreciate when reps take the time to go over everything. Car was cleaned and ready to go. Until next servicing I will be coming back to see Keon! More

Car repairs I came to Catonsville service center not knowing what the issue was with my car. Keon Tobin was very Hands-On with notify me and getting the job done I came to Catonsville service center not knowing what the issue was with my car.
