The next day I stopped in and talked to Ryan about the car, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Kenny was also fantastic I had several problems and questions with financing and Kenny had no problems answering them, extremely professional and very knowledgeable as well. Jackson was helpful the finishing up the sale. As well as the the man that help finish the paper work, I can’t remember his name but he told us he was from Ukraine. Awful experience, tried ripping us off Dealt with Jean in internet sales by phone for two days prior to driving 90 minutes to finalize paperwork. Had an appointment time set. When we got Dealt with Jean in internet sales by phone for two days prior to driving 90 minutes to finalize paperwork. Had an appointment time set. When we got there no one knew we were expected to be there. After an hour we finally got down to some sort of business, where they gave us pricing (note: I had talked about pricing and we had agreed upon pricing on the phone over the two days prior). The pricing on both the new car and trade (which was looked at for two minutes in the dark) by Kenny were totally out of line with what I had worked out prior with the internet sales person. About a $5,000 difference in total. Their web site links to KBB to estimate trade value and I agganged that price with the dealer prior to driving down - initial offer upon arrival was $2129 less than KBB value accounting for mileage, condition, and features. Other dealers offered KBB value without issue. We asked for our keys back and left. Awful experience and horrible customer service. Can't imaging being someone going in there without knowing what pricing should be. Bought from Heiser Toyota only maybe 10 miles away, great service there. More
