Poor service, demeaning management. Tried to buy a car with cash. And all I heard were lots of reasons why I couldn't. Was told by a sales representative that paying cash wouldn't be a problem, but manag with cash. And all I heard were lots of reasons why I couldn't. The only suggestion I would make for this dealership is that they need a more streamlined process for people who are paying cash for their vehicle purchase. We made it clear up front that we were paying cash yet we still had to go through a credit check and fill out a form with three personal references. When we questioned why we needed a credit check, we were told by the manager, Kenny Goodwin, that all customers had to follow the same procedure. We have purchased vehicles for cash through other dealerships and it was a much more streamlined process and no credit check or personal references were needed. This was no reflection on our salesperson, Weston, as he was just following the dealership/management rules. Just for fun we listed our cats as personal references so we will see if they receive any phone calls or mail solicitations. More

Kenny has the worst customer service. He treated me like dirt. So many things went bad left after 3 hrs. Will be making a formal complaint. Drove 2hours and they knew we where coming. Wow! I drove almost 300 miles for a Toyota Avalon that they had. I applied without seeing or test driving the vehicle and all I can say is WOW!
