Ended up going elsewhere. Came out of my way, ready to purchase a car that day but Ken Stuart did nothing to work with me on price (aside from telling me to find a similar car Came out of my way, ready to purchase a car that day but Ken Stuart did nothing to work with me on price (aside from telling me to find a similar car elsewhere and they would consider price-matching - why would I bother?). After I left the dealership, he kept messaging me about the car but with no new information or counter-offer. Left a bad taste. I ended up buying a new Mercedes the following week (with far less miles) and found a dealer who worked with me on price - so glad I went elsewhere! More

We recently bought a GLC300 4matic at Crown Mercedes. We had an exceptional experience with my salespersons, Ken and Melissa. Ken took me for a test drive and showed me all the great things about this car. He even nicely offered to pick us up from Carmax on the day we traded in our old car. The day after we got our new car, Ken came to our house to help set up the garage door and answered all the questions I have. He is such a great person and professional salesman I would highly recommend. Melissa also did our paperwork for our purchase.
