I felt like he was more of a consultant than a classic "salesman", and I really appreciated that. During the "searching" phase, he walked me in great detail through the features of the car (Mercedes-Benz C300-4matic). Once I made the decision to buy, he spent a good 30-40 minutes sitting with me and showing me how to use the control system in detail. I was thoroughly impressed. The service manager was extremely accommodating and willing to get the job finished while I was there without having to return. While waiting I looked at new models and was helped by my previous salesman, Ken. He spent several hours with me going over new models and at the end of the day, I drove a new GL 450 home.
