During that time we’ve consistently been impressed with each individual at Crown’s commitment to our comfort and trust. Whether it’s accommodating unusual scheduling for routine maintenance or handling a special request on a new order, we always feel as if we’re being taken care of by professionals that understand our needs. In October of 2010, my wife’s beloved C55 was rear-ended and totaled. Ken was there for her and got her into a new E350, quickly and with no fuss whatsoever. He was amazingly sensitive to the fact that she had lost a car that she really loved and was extremely responsive to her needs. In fact, he did such a fantastic job matching her to her new car that she’s still driving it today. Most recently Ken has been tireless in accommodating my requirements on a new SLK55 order. We’re a little ahead of the public facing marketing material on this one and Ken has gone so far as to call the factory, more than once, to verify my assumptions and answer my questions about the 2016 changes. I’m delighted in the effort he’s made to ensure that the car is exactly what I want and that there are no surprises in the build/delivery process. I honestly can’t imagine a better experience in buying or maintenance then we’ve enjoyed with Crown over these years. I wholeheartedly recommend them and I’m confident that your experience will be equally rich. 5 stars, would do again. More

We had a great experience! We had a really great experience. We came in on a day when there were white out conditions. Ken Stuart brought the different SUVs we were interested i We had a really great experience. We came in on a day when there were white out conditions. Ken Stuart brought the different SUVs we were interested in inside so we could see them. We came in to see one SUV but Ken was able to suggest one that fit our needs much better. We were heading out of town on Monday so Ken met us at the dealership on Sunday so we could pick up our SUV. He also spent a lot of time going over the SUV with us that day. We couldn't be happier!
