Great service , quick scheduling and efficient communication. Digital issues are OEMs side of the problem so dealers can only do so much if the OEMs competency in software is poor. Had my vehicle for 6 days…completed less than half of the scheduled issues. Told me that service would be done on scheduled day of pick up. Hadn’t even contacted extended warranty company for approvals. Didn scheduled issues. Told me that service would be done on scheduled day of pick up. Hadn’t even contacted extended warranty company for approvals. Didn’t call me to let me know that the scheduled repair was incomplete. Completely unacceptable service. Will not use Alpine Service again!!! More
