Ken Lucas would have gotten a fifth star except that he talks a bit too fast for a geezer like me. As to the overall experience - it was marvelous. Smooth, friendly, knowledgeable. Great experience with the group at this location. Ken Lucas was my sales advisor who was very thorough in explaining the entire process. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND ALTHOUGH THE SALE WAS IMPORTANT TO HIM - REALLY WASNT PUSHY.
