I’ve always had amazing experience with Toyota. This last service was one of the reasons I keep coming back to them. I had an issue with the car that they found while doing my regular service visit, which is something I financially was not ready for since we just came back from a big vacation. When I explained my situation to our service advisor Justin Michela, he did his best to help me out to get the job done at a rate I can afford. I went into Findlay Toyota in early October 2022 looking for a new RAV4. I spoke with Ken Kemp and found out there were none to be had but they were expecting a shipment at the end of the month or the begi for a new RAV4.
