There were errors in the purchase contract, including extending the terms for warranties without expressly telling me, incorrect trade-in allowance, and increased interest rate. Never assume that the final sales document is the same as what you agreed to with your salesperson! You have to look it over with a fine-toothed comb, which is pretty hard to do on the small iPad they use for signing. I called Kenn in Finance twice to correct things, who didn't call me back, so I had to call the Manager, Brent A., to get a refund for the overcharges. Then I had to remind him to refund the taxes on the overcharges. Brent was helpful, but it should not have happened nor taken a month to correct. More
