Got my battery changed there, car completely died, had to get a tow truck, come to find out the terminal clamps were stripped and the clamps come off easily. They also didn’t bolt the battery down so it was get a tow truck, come to find out the terminal clamps were stripped and the clamps come off easily. They also didn’t bolt the battery down so it was not secured and came right off. I spent $500 to get a new battery with you all and now have $150 for a tow and getting the clamps fixed because corners were cut. I’ve called 2x and each time the line was busy to talk to service. I’ve put my trust in this place for years now and now don’t think that this is the right place to trust. More
