My vehicle was under warranty when i had it towed to dealer. Tow bill was $310. I owned the vehicle out right. Had blue title in hand. While the vehicle was being worked on , under warranty, I sold the dealer. Tow bill was $310. I owned the vehicle out right. Had blue title in hand. While the vehicle was being worked on , under warranty, I sold the vehicle to another dealership. Now Nissan is telling me since i no longer own the vehicle they would not reimburse me the$310 for towing. Hmm. I owned while being towed for warranty work. How does this make any sense???? Please can anyone explain? More

City Limits Nissan was not able to identify why my 2023 Frontier would lose it's charge and I would have to jump start it. This has been an ongoing issue since I bought the truck in 2023. Very disappointing to have to take my truck back for the same issue. My truck's issue is a failure to maintain a dependent charge. Was told by Chenin Buck, Owner Loyalty Mgr, that they would do a "deep dive same issue. My truck's issue is a failure to maintain a dependent charge. Was told by Chenin Buck, Owner Loyalty Mgr, that they would do a "deep dive" to try to find the problem. "Deep dive" consisted to parking my truck & starting it up at random times. Needless to say, problem was not identified and I under constant dread as to whether or not my truck will start at any given time. Have to carry battery cables on a regular basis. Very disappointed. More
