He was extremely patient and show me the vehicles I wanted not what he wanted to sell. He explained all the options and also the pros and cons of each. He work with us to get us the best deal/the deal we wanted on the lease of our vehicle and in the end we were thrilled with his knowledge and professionalism. In addition Anthony Venezia the manager was amazing he assisted Ken in getting us what we wanted and needed. Tony Burba the general manager was amazing he expedited all of our needs and I look forward to seeing all of these gentlemen when I return for service. Coconut Creek Mazda is a perfect example of every bad car-salesman stereotype. The sales team is misleading, dishonest, and more focused on getting signatures than telling the truth. What you’re told verbally rarely matches what ends up in the contract, and numbers seem to change once you’re deep into the process. It feels intentionally confusing and designed to wear you down rather than inform you. There is constant pressure to move fast, glossing over details and hoping you won’t catch the inconsistencies until it’s too late. Transparency and integrity are clearly not priorities here. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s upfront about pricing and contracts, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are Mazda dealerships that operate honestly—unfortunately, Coconut Creek Mazda is not one of them. More

Today, November 22, my mother and I visited Coconut Creek Mazda for the first time. We had only great experiences today. The staff treats you like family and are willing to help you get your dream car. Ken a Mazda for the first time. We had only great experiences today.
