I recently purchased a used car from Coconut Creek Mazda, and unfortunately, my experience reinforced many of the negative stereotypes people have about car dealerships. During the negotiation process, we and unfortunately, my experience reinforced many of the negative stereotypes people have about car dealerships. During the negotiation process, we clearly discussed and agreed that a specific fee would not be included in the final deal. Theo the used car manager acknowledged this and assured me multiple times that the charge would be removed. However, when it came time to sign the paperwork, that same fee was quietly added back into the contract without any transparent explanation. It felt intentionally buried in the documents, counting on the fact that many buyers won’t scrutinize every line in detail. This kind of behavior is exactly why car salespeople often have a reputation for being untrustworthy or “crooked.” When customers feel like they have to double- and triple-check everything just to avoid being taken advantage of, it erodes any sense of trust. Buying a car is already a stressful and significant financial decision—customers shouldn’t have to worry about agreed-upon terms being ignored or manipulated at the last minute. What’s most disappointing is that this situation was entirely avoidable. Honesty and clear communication would have gone a long way toward building a positive relationship and earning repeat business. Instead, the experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to review all paperwork extremely carefully and ensure that every agreed-upon term is honored before signing. Transparency shouldn’t be optional—it should be the standard. More

We recently started shopping around since my wife’s 2023 CX-30 lease is coming to an end, and we visited a few dealerships to explore our options. Last weekend, we stopped by Coconut Creek Mazda just to che CX-30 lease is coming to an end, and we visited a few dealerships to explore our options. Last weekend, we stopped by Coconut Creek Mazda just to check pricing. Honestly we weren’t ready yet to make a decision. However, the experience completely exceeded our expectations. From our sales representative, Alberto Abreu, to manager Theo Cameron, and finance manager Robert Cajigas, the entire team treated us with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. They took the time to work through the details and refine the deal without any pressure, making the whole process feel transparent and honorable. In the end, they presented us with an offer we simply couldn’t refuse. Overall, I would rate our experience 5 stars plus. Thank you to the entire team at Coconut Creek Mazda for making what could have been a stressful process into such a positive one! A BIG THANK YOU More
